Best part about February- we are closer to summer, and closer to show season!
Just some reminders on some upcoming events-
February 5- THIS FRIDAY- Student Evaluations. I would like to meet with each and every student and parent if possible to discuss students’ progress and goals! I want to make sure that we are all on the same page and get us on the right track.
February 5- THIS FRIDAY- Horse Show Meeting- For all parents and students. We will talk about what showing is, costs and responsibilities and dates.
February 27- PLEASE NOTE THIS IS MOVED FROM THE 20th! Reining Clinic- We will be learning the basics of reining, including, stops, turn arounds, circles and patterns. There will be demonstrations as well as each participant will be able to ride and give it a try! Cost is $20
March 12- Cookie Classic Horse Show- Talk to me about participating in this show! It is the first of 4 shows in the “ACTS” Show series where students can win a year end participation award as well as possibly- high point champion award.
I am thinking of running a summer camp. Would any of you have interest, or do you know of anyone who might be interested? If so Let me know! It would be time to pick dates in the next few weeks!
