I cannot believe it is November already! Man this year has flown by, and I know that these last two months are also going to fly by.
Please note that I (Leslee), as of this time do not have any days that I plan on rescheduling through the holidays. This means that ALL lessons will be at their regular scheduled time through the end of the year! I will let you know well in advance if that changes. Also note, I always teach even if it is snowing. If there are dates that you will not be in attendance for lessons, please talk to me so we can try to reschedule if possible. Beth and Aubrie will discuss with their own clients if they plan to reschedule at all.
I will be making a tshirt order to be ready before Christmas. Please let me know if you would like any merchandise including hats, bags or our NEW AMAZING AND REALLY COOL PERSONALIZED embroidered sweatshirts and jackets!
There are some fun and important dates coming up!
Don’t forget about our Game Day this upcoming Saturday (the 7th) from 9-12. We have half the arena reserved and will be playing games like red light green light, tag, road cone race and many more! EVERYONE is invited and encouraged to come! Cost is $20/ participant. Please RSVP to me at your lesson this week!
ALSO THIS SATURDAY THE 7th– The Utah Arabian Youth Organization is host a youth auction and Dinner! Cost is $5/person or $15 per family. It starts at 5 with a Chili dinner with live entertainment then followed up with an auction with a live auctioneer! There are many items available including but not limited to any and every horse item you can imagine to Christmas decorations, yard services and much MUCH more! I hope we can get a big group to go to this and would recommend that everyone that is even slightly interested COME!! RSVP to me so I can get there early and save us seats!
SATURDAY DECEMBER 5th 11am-1pm- AT THE BARN Oak Haven’s 1 Year Anniversary/Christmas Party! I am so excited for this party! It will be a blast! We will have a gift exchange and a potluck lunch! All clients and their families are invited. ALSO— We are going to have another couple raffles (Because its been too long)! Details on those TBA! Please RSVP to me anytime this month and if you are able, sign up for a potluck item! There will be invitations given out mid-month.
Student of the month-
KenZ- Pretty much everyone knows Kenz! She is always quick to offer help to anyone and everyone. She has worked hard to excel with the horses! She is my biggest sponge! She soaks up EVERYTHING going on around her! Whether it is in her lesson or not! She is very kind and gentle with the horses. She loves them all but mostly she loves Sly. She has leased him for a while and showed him very successfully at several shows this past show season. I am excited for her to keep working and keep learning!
